| Theory – How it works In the MERLIN-COOLER concept, the adiabatic cooling effect of the water is central. Ventilation modules that look like UFOs and mounted on stands, atomise water under high pressure into microscopically small parts, which are immediately absorbed (taken up) by the ambient air. This cools the direct ambient air and as cold air is heavier than warm air, the dropping air provides pleasant cooling for the visitors to outdoor dining areas, bars and events sitting under it. The MERLIN COOLER is used throughout the world as a “Hot spot" in the advertising sector, at various events, in outside dining areas, bars, discotheques and on luxury cruise liners.. |
