History is not written overnight. But, certainly over 20 years. It all started out small, even with MERLIN. "My first office with telephone and fax was in my daughter's room", recalls company chief Johann Reisinger, thinking back to 1995. At that time he designed and sold industrial plant. "Energy-saving, moisture measurement and humidity in the context of process optimisation were already my focus. The products on the marketplace at that time were unsatisfactory. Then I had the idea to make them myself and to make them better", says Reisinger.
Honest, reliable work and a spirit of innovation
With his team, Reisinger developed a brand that stands for honest work of the highest quality. "We are innovative and also distinguish ourselves from the competition in terms of design and have a price appropriate to the performance delivered", says Reisinger, outlining MERLIN's journey to technological market leader for the sector. The partnerships he has developed are very important to him. "We take care of our customers and will not abandon them for even a second in the event of problems. Word of this spreads. Our most reliable source for growth is customer recommendations". Several patents and special projects for VW or Audi confirm this philosophy. And the MERLIN team is once again looking to the future. "We consistently pursue our path and assume responsibility. We use only materials that future generations can also use instead of being harmed by", explains Reisinger, trying to break away from the ignorance of current times.
