The reliable and energy-saving merlin® humidification systems ensure an optimal ambient climate as long as the components are regularly maintained. You can easily perform the maintenance yourself. If you do not have the necessary personnel or time resources, we would be happy to perform the maintenance for you as part of a service agreement. This allows you to fully focus on the success of your company.


Spare parts delivery within 48 hours

 Our fast spare parts delivery helps minimize or even totally eliminate downtimes.


Internationally trained personnel

Our service employees are multilingual and internationally trained. This allows us to quickly respond in (almost) every part of the world.


Remote support service and customer support

Our remote support service allows us to help you quickly. Merlin Technology GmbH customer support is connected to you virtually and provides remote diagnostics for error messages that might occur.


Technology and hygiene training

We would be pleased to offer you training to ensure maximum operational safety. This training will allow you to perform maintenance and repairs yourself.
