If you do not have the necessary personnel or time resources, we would be happy to perform the maintenance for you as part of a service agreement. This allows you to fully focus on the success of your company.

Our service employees are multilingual and internationally trained. This allows us to quickly respond in (almost) every part of the world.
Remote support service and customer support
Our remote support service allows us to help you quickly. Merlin Technology GmbH customer support is connected to you virtually and provides remote diagnostics for error messages that might occur.

We would be pleased to offer you training to ensure maximum operational safety. This training will allow you to perform maintenance and repairs yourself.
