Employee Order Processing, Internal Sales Department for Subsidiary USA (m/f)
TASKS
- Processing and handling of inquiries and orders
- Control of the delivery date, shipping organization incl. preparation of shipping and export documents
- Customer service by telephone and dealer support
- Preparation of offers and after-sales service in the division “Moisture measurement technology” incl. technical advice and repair processing/warranty claims
- Maintenance of customer master data
- General office organization (such as archiving and filing of documents)
REQUIREMENTS
- Completed commercial training or apprenticeship training with further education
- Professional experience in export processing
- Good Microsoft Office user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent english skills, both written and spoken
- Teamwork ability, communication skills, reliability, sense of responsibility

Information in accordance with the Equal Treatment Act:
The minimum salary for the position of Employee Order processing is €2,230,00 gross per month on a full-time basis. Of course, a raise is possible depending on professional qualifications and work experience.
