Air humidification reduces electrostatic charge at Synthesia

It is already known that air humidification reduces electrostatic charge, but this has now been confirmed once again by means of a risk analysis on the subject of “Electrostatic safety properties of a workplace”.

The company Synthesia, a European manufacturer of chemical products, recently carried out a risk analysis on the topic of “Electrostatic safety properties of a workplace”. Part of this analysis was, among other things, the effect of the merlin^® air humidification system on workplace conditions.

The result clearly shows the need for an air humidification system. This can significantly reduce the electrostatic charge in the workplace. The conclusion of the analysis is therefore also a clear recommendation to only use machines at Synthesia in conjunction with an air humidification system
